You didn’t forget
the client.
You forgot the sentence.

SmritiSaar reads the calls you already make and gives back the promises inside them — quoted word for word, with the timestamp they were made at, waiting on your home screen.

Invite-only. We set every account up on a call with you.

The problem

The call went well. That’s the problem.

A good call ends with three or four things you said you would do. You remember two of them. The client remembers all four — and remembers which one you dropped.

01

The sentence you can't recall

You know you said something about the price. You do not know what. So you either under-deliver or over-give, and both cost you.

02

The follow-up nobody owns

It was said aloud and never written down, so it does not exist anywhere — not in a CRM, not on a list, not in your head by Thursday.

03

The client who went quiet

Three weeks passed. Nobody decided that. It simply happened, and by the time you notice, the reason for the silence has changed.

The one line the product is built on

The product is the promise, not the summary.

Summaries are a commodity — Otter has them, your phone will have them, everyone will have them by next year. A commitment you made and forgot, quoted back to you with the timestamp you made it at, is not.

What today looks like

Rows you can act on. Nothing else.

Not how many calls you made — a number nobody can return. Every row is a commitment with a name on it, in one of five states: waiting on them, you promised, blocked, gone cold, settled.

Overdue first
The promise you already broke leads, because it is the one that costs you.
Empty is a real state
When nothing needs you, the screen says so instead of inventing work.

Who to call next

Ranked by who needs you, not by name.

An alphabetical list is a phonebook, and your phone already has one. This one puts the person you owe something to at the top and tells you why underneath their name.

A reason on every row
“You promised a quotation yesterday” beats a red dot.
Silence is a signal
A client nobody has spoken to in three weeks surfaces on its own.

Ask across everything

Answers that carry their receipt.

Chitragupt reads every call you let it read. Ask what you agreed on price, who is waiting on paperwork, what happened before the deal stalled — and get the line, with the call it came from attached.

Quoted, not paraphrased
The exact words, with the timestamp they were said at.
Precision over recall
Anything it cannot quote, it drops rather than guesses.

Chitragupt — answers, with receipts

What it never touches

You decide what it is allowed to read.

The exclusion list is offered before your first call, not buried after it. Your handset does the recording; SmritiSaar reads the file afterwards and is never a party to the call.

Exclusions are permanent
A contact on the list is never read, never transcribed, never stored.
Nothing is sent for you
Drafts open in WhatsApp with you as the sender. Always.

Settings

Recording

Your phone records. SmritiSaar reads.

Your handset’s own dialler makes the file. We read it afterwards — we are never on the call.

Excluded contacts

FamilyNever read
Dr. BhatiaNever read
AccountantNever read

Offered before your first call, not buried here.

Settings — you choose what it reads

What it will not do

The limits are the product.

Anything that reads your business conversations has to be worth trusting before it is worth using. These four are not settings. They are the shape of the thing.

It never sends anything

Drafts open in WhatsApp with you as the sender, and you press send. The relationship stays yours — and it keeps SmritiSaar outside India's DLT and 140-series rules, which is a legal position as much as a design one.

Saved contacts only

SmritiSaar reads calls with people already in your address book. No cold numbers, ever, whatever the use case.

Your phone records. We read.

Your handset's own dialler places and records the call. We read the file afterwards. We are not on the line, and we will not claim to announce anything we are not there to announce.

You choose what it reads

The exclusion list is offered before your first call, not buried in settings after it. Family, your doctor, your accountant — put them on it and those calls are never read.

Who it is for

People whose business runs on what was said out loud.

01

Insurance agents

Renewals, claim paperwork, and the premium you quoted in March.

02

Immigration consultants

Document chases that run for months across timezones.

03

Recruiters

Promises on both sides of every placement, made weeks apart.

04

Wedding venues

Dates held, menus discussed, advances agreed on the phone.

05

Clinic coordinators

Call-backs, reports, and the follow-up appointment nobody booked.

06

B2B sales & distribution

Quotations, payment terms, and when the reorder is actually due.

One product, not six. A new industry changes the words on the rows and the point at which a client counts as cold — it does not add a screen, a mode, or a status.

Chitragupt

The record-keeper who tallies every deed.

In the Sanskrit telling, Chitragupt keeps the ledger of everything a person has done. Ours keeps the smaller one: what you said you would do, and to whom. It never invents an entry, and it never acts on your behalf.

Access

We set the account up with you, not for you.

SmritiSaar is invite-only. Every account is set up by hand — your number, your exclusion list, and a test call that proves the whole loop works before you rely on it for anything real. It takes about fifteen minutes, on a call.

  • Android today. iOS and web alongside it.
  • Works with the number you already give clients.
  • Nothing goes live until a test call has come through.
